Leeds United have added Scott Parker and Steven Gerrard to their shortlist in their ongoing search for a new manager.
That is according to the Daily Telegraph, who report both Parker and Gerrard are among the names being considered by the Leeds hierarchy, with Carlos Corberan also admired.
The English duo are both currently out of work with Parker having most recently been in Belgium with Club Brugge.

He endured a bit of a nightmare at Brugge, though, lasting just over two months with only two wins in 12 matches across all competitions.
Parker has won promotion from the Championship twice in his career at Fulham and Bournemouth respectively, and was sacked by the latter just four matches into the Premier League season last August.
Gerrard, meanwhile, has been out of management since his dismissal from Aston Villa in October, a job in which he struggled in after guiding Rangers to the SPL title in his first management role.
Leeds consider Gerrard and Parker
Despite Parker’s Championship track record, and Gerrard’s impressive job at Rangers, these would both feel like underwhelming appointments.
While Parker does indeed have two promotions on his CV, he possessed arguably the best squad in the league on both occasions and neither were particularly convincing.
His spell at Brugge should also be a major red flag, too, given he had a such a poor record at the most successful side in Belgium in recent years.

Gerrard also showed nothing in his time at Villa to suggest he should be the man tasked with spearheading a promotion push.
At the time of his sacking, Villa were lingering around the bottom three but after bringing Unai Emery in, are now playing in Europe next season.
Leeds must look elsewhere if they want to get the fans back onside.
