Javi Gracia is under enormous pressure to start Willy Gnonto on Sunday as Leeds United take on Bournemouth away from home at the Vitality Stadium in a must-win match – and here is our predicted XI to take on The Cherries.

Having failed to win in their last four League games and taking only a point from a possible 12, Leeds are sitting in a perilous position in 16th. Above Nottingham Forest on goal difference, and Leicester only a point behind in 18th.

Everton, are two off the Whites. Leeds seriously need a result on Sunday, and it has got to be a win after failing to see out a win over Leicester in the week. An improved performance compared to Palace, Liverpool and Fulham.

But, still, only a point. Leeds need all three and Gracia is going to have make some big calls. Luis Sinisterra has been ruled out for the rest of the season, joining Tyler Adams and Stuart Dallas. Max Wober is not yet back in training.

So, Gracia is likely to pick the same back five and holding midfield. Illan Meslier in goal, with a back four of Luke Ayling, Robin Koch, Liam Cooper and Junior Firpo. Weston McKennie and Marc Roca sitting in midfield, in front.

Predicted Leeds XI to take on Bournemouth: Gnonto decision

But it is in the final four positions where here at LeedsUnited.News, we expect two changes. One will be enforced, in the shape of Sinisterra. Crysencio Summerville is likely to come in, having replaced Sinisterra on Tuesday night.

Patrick Bamford, 29, got through the entire 90 minutes, while Rodrigo lasted 60. Rodrigo will be fresher, and after Bamford’s miss, it is a good time to reduce him to the bench – and push our top scorer up top as the lone striker.

So, who comes in as the 10? Well, Gracia will give the Leeds fans a massive boost if he adheres to the clamour and plays Gnonto. Gnonto on the left, in-form Jack Harrison as the 10, and Summerville on the right is our prediction.
