Napoli are set to complete the signing of former Leeds United goalkeeper Elia Caprile.
That is according to Gianluca Di Marzio, who reports the Serie A champions have reached an agreement with Bari for the signing of Caprile, and will then send him on loan to Empoli.
Empoli will hand Caprile with his first chance to play regular top-level football with the 21-year-old set to replace Guglielmo Vicario, who joined Tottenham Hotspur earlier this summer.

Since leaving Leeds on a permanent deal last summer, Caprile has seen his reputation grow stronger and stronger in Italy after a breakthrough campaign at Bari.
He helped Bari to within just 90 minutes of a return to Serie A but were beaten over two legs in the play-off final by Cagliari, with Caprile conceding just 37 goals across 43 appearances, which included 16 clean sheets.
Leeds now set for unexpected cash boost from Caprile deal
Caprile never made a first team appearance for Leeds with fellow youngster Illan Meslier having blocked his path to first team football during his time at the club.
As such, Caprile was sold to Bari 12 months ago with Leeds clearly recognising they were losing a big young talent.

That is because, according to La Gazzetta Del Mezzogiorno back in October, Leeds inserted a sell-on clause of 50% into any future fee that Bari sold Caprile for.
That means Leeds will be due half of what Napoli are set to fork out on the young goalkeeper this summer, though the cost of the transfer at this stage remains unclear.
However, given his age and potential, it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Napoli pay seven figures, meaning Leeds would be due a decent cash boost they can then reinvest.
