Manchester City are lining up a second swoop of Leeds United’s academy with Harry Gray now in their sights.
That is according to TeamTalk, who report that City are planning a move for Gray after agreeing a British record deal for a 15-year-old in Finley Gorman earlier this week.
As per Phil Hay, City agreed a seven-figure deal with Leeds for Gorman on Monday, who is expected to complete his move to the Etihad Stadium in due course.
Gorman had widely been regarded as one of the most talented youngsters in the country at his age after footage of him in action for Leeds’ U18s went viral on social media earlier this year.
But it does not appear as though Gorman will be continuing his development at Thorp Arch and he could soon be joined by U18s teammate Gray.
City plotting second Leeds swoop for Gray
Gray is another extremely highly rated youngster in Leeds’ academy and is the younger brother of Archie, who has made his breakthrough into the Whites’ first team this season.
Gray has scored three goals in three U18s Premier League matches so far this term and he will be looking to become the next member of his family to make it at Leeds.

However, if City are to have something to say about that he may not get that chance. City have arguably the best academy setup in the country and it is therefore difficult for youngsters to turn them down.
Due to Gray’s family history at Leeds, though, he may be more inclined to remain at the club, particularly after seeing how well his brother has done in senior football at just 17.
Gray’s Dad Andy, grandfather Frank and great Uncle Eddie have all donned the white shirt of Leeds and so they will be hoping he becomes the latest family member to continue their legacy.
