Football website 90Min claim that Leeds United have rejected an enquiry from Leicester City to sign Jack Harrison before the end of the January window – after Jesse Marsch commented that Harrison is in “incredible” form right now.
Harrison, 26, has attracted interest from Premier League clubs in the last couple of windows. In the summer, it was Tottenham and Newcastle looking at the winger. Now, Brendan Rodgers is keen to bring our no.11 to The King Power.
The winger has entered the final 18 months of his contract at Leeds, with talks expected over a new deal. But as things stand, his deal ends in the summer of 2024. That has attracted Leicester, who are keen to bring in a winger this month.
Now, the latest report claims that Harrison is the subject of an enquiry from Leicester and Rodgers. However, Leeds have rejected the chance for in-form Harrison to leave. 90Min also say that Leeds are confident he will sign a new deal.

Harrison is a top player. His form had dipped but since the return of football after the World Cup, he has laid on three assists in his last four games. In 19 appearances this season, he has had a hand in seven goals for the Yorkshire side.
Little surprise then, that clubs are interested – especially given, his current contract situation. But, it is a move that is unlikely given Leeds have been left with little time to bring in a replacement. That, and Leeds also want to keep him.
A move to Leicester could tempt Harrison but regardless of his stance, Leeds have rejected any notion or idea of the Foxes signing Harrison. It is believed that Leeds would only consider offers north of £35million for the Englishman.
