With some reports claiming Luis Sinisterra is on his way to Bournemouth from Leeds United in the final hours, Mirror journalist Darren Witcoop says Leeds United could reignite interest in QPR star Ilias Chair.
Daniel Farke said in his press conference between 1.30pm and 2pm that he was confident Leeds would not lose any of Sinisterra, Willy Gnonto and Cree Summerville. But it looks as if Sinisterra could be off.
Indeed, the 24-year-old Colombian is the subject of a late loan bid – in a move that sees him reunite with Tyler Adams. There has since been differing reports over whether he is actually going to Bournemouth.
If he does, he will need replacing. Mirror reporter Witcoop has taken to Twitter to suggest that Leeds showed interest in QPR’s Chair this summer – and if Sinisterra goes, they may return to that interested.
He does state, however, that QPR do not want to lose their 25-year-old Morocco star so close to the deadline. Chair was rated at £6m in a report earlier this week by Witcoop. Joe Gelhardt could be used.

It would be a massive blow to lose Sinisterra, but one would imagine that there is some sort of clause that could allow him to go out on loan. If Bournemouth do pull off a move – Chair is as good as it gets.
From the left wing, Chair has produced 59 goal involvements in 196 games for QPR over the years. He is able to score just as much as he is able to create. Impressive stats for a bottom-half Championship side.
At £6m, Leeds cannot do any better at this late stage than Chair – unless Sinisterra remains. One to watch as we enter the final four hours of this summer’s transfer window. A bumpy ride, to say the least.
