Leeds United will be hoping to keep the good times rolling when they travel to hostile country to face Preston North End.

It’s been a good week for Leeds United, who have now won four of their last five outings after defeating Derby County and Middlesbrough at Elland Road this week.

The victories mean Daniel Farke’s side remains neck-and-neck with Yorkshire rivals Sheffield United in the Championship title race, with only a point separating them at the top of the table.

It’s the Blades who hold the advantage but Leeds once again have the chance to at least temporarily leapfrog them to the summit should they defeat Preston North End.

Here’s everything you need to know about the fixture.

Prediction

Despite their lowly position, Preston are always tricky operators and have not lost in their last five matches after defeating Cardiff this week and drawing with Sheffield Wednesday, West Brom, Stoke and Derby.

They can be hard to break down and it’s easy to see Leeds growing frustrated. Yet, if they can score early then they should have the quality to pick up another vital three points.

Prediction: Preston 1-2 Leeds.
