Leeds United take on West Brom this weekend in their third tough Championship fixture in succession.
It was yet another momentous Monday for Leeds United this past week as they came from behind to defeat Sheffield United 3-1 and take the ascendency in the Championship title race.
Junior Firpo was the hero as he levelled the scores and set up Ao Tanaka’s decisive header before Joel Piroe sealed the points with a howitzer from 25 yards.
There’s no rest for the wicked, though, and Daniel Farke’s side have another tough opponent this weekend in the shape of West Brom.
Can Leeds continue to stretch their lead at the top of the Championship table and pick up another massive victory? Only time will tell.
Here is everything you need to know about the fixture.

Leeds United vs West Brom team news
It’s bad news for Leeds as captain Ethan Ampadu is set for between 4-6 weeks on the sidelines with a knee cardtilidge injury.
Farke said ahead of the match: “Sadly a knee injury, it is cartilage. A bit of a complicated situation.
“Surgery would have meant him out for the season because if you do a surgery he’d be out for a few month. After consulations we are going to more conservative route.
“It means he is out for a few weeks. It means before the international break, he won’t be available.
“At the moment 50/50 he is back for the run-in. It’s rehab work, the next two weeks he won’t be able to do some running stuff. Next 4-6 weeks he won’t be in team training.”
There is hope that Max Wober will return after the international break but he won’t be available for the weekend while Farke still can’t put a timeframe on Patrick Bamford’s return.

Prediction
Despite their lofty position in the play off places, West Brom are a very inconsistent side and have struggled on the road in recent weeks.
The Baggies defeated Oxford United at the weekend but have drawn to Millwall and lost to Plymouth and Middlesbrough in their last three away trips.
In fact, WBA haven’t picked up a win on their travels since beating Hull on November 10. That doesn’t bode well for them as they head to Elland Road to face a very confident Leeds.
Prediction: Leeds 2-0 West Brom.
