Jack Harrison finally made his debut for Everton after joining them on loan from Leeds in the summer, one of eight to use the relegation loan clauses – prompting reaction from Adam Forshaw and others.
Harrison, 26, has starred for Leeds over the last five years. A huge 206 games for Leeds in league and cup, having a hand in a massive 68 goals. A player that got better with every season that came by.
One of eight senior players to go on loan – alongside the likes of Max Wober, Marc Roca, Robin Koch, Rasmus Kristensen, Diego Llorente, Brenden Aaronson and Luis Sinisterra – who joined Bournemouth.

But injury hampered his start at Everton. Injury preventing the winger from playing. But, on Wednesday night, Harrison was thrown into the starting line-up by Sean Dyche as the Toffees went to Aston Villa.
A bit of momentum is developing at Everton – a 3-1 win over Brentford away from home in the league on the weekend. Then, in the Carabao Cup, a 2-1 away win over Villa. Harrison has posted on Instagram.

A brilliant win for Everton, who tried desperately to sign Willy Gnonto from Leeds, too. Harrison lasted little over the hour mark – as James Garner and Dom Calvert-Lewin got the goals for Dyche’s side.
Boubacar Kamara made it interesting in the final third with an 83rd-minute goal but Everton held on to an impressive win to book their place in the last 16. Harrison impressed during his first outing in blue.
Indeed, many of his Everton teammates applauded him – including the likes of Calvert-Lewin, Amadou Onana and Dele Alli. Forshaw, who left Leeds in the summer for Norwich, also reacted on Instagram.
