Leeds United might have been knocked out of The FA Cup on Saturday afternoon but there are still a couple of players on the books at Elland Road that have progressed into the fifth round.
Leeds were beaten 2-0 by Millwall, the second time the London outfit have beaten Leeds this season after a 1-0 win at The Den in the Championship. A brace from Femi Azeez saw Millwall beat a changed Leeds.
Daniel Farke made 10 changes to his, with Ethan Ampadu the only player to retain his place in the Leeds side. Farke chose to rest players with promotion the aim and a trip to Watford coming on Tuesday night.
So, Leeds are out of The FA Cup and it might have been Farke’s wish. However, some Leeds players are still in the competition including Sam Greenwood, who helped Preston beat League One side Wycombe.

Darko Gyabi crucial in biggest giant-killing of FA Cup weekend
Charlie Crew also remains in the competition with Doncaster Rovers playing their fourth-round tie against Crystal Palace on Monday. But it was £5m Darko Gyabi that played a pivotal role in Plymouth’s shock win.
Not only have Plymouth made it to the last 16, but they have done so by beating Premier League leaders Liverpool. A quite sensational win for Plymouth, who took the lead largely thanks to Leeds loanee Gyabi.
The £5m signing from Man City might have struggled at Leeds but he has been crucial for Plymouth since initially joining on loan in January 2024. On Sunday, he tried to hook the ball over his head into the box.
But right behind him was Liverpool’s Harvey Elliott, who had his arms aloft and contact was made. Gyabi’s side were awarded a penalty and former Rangers striker Ryan Hardie sent Caoimhin Kelleher sprawling.
Plymouth secure shock of the weekend with Liverpool win
Plymouth fans and certainly Gyabi have had to endure a really tough season. Wayne Rooney came and went, but The FA Cup is providing some respite for some very deserving, yet patient Plymouth fans.
What a win it was. Gyabi won the penalty, Hardie scored it but a special mention has to go to the quite remarkable performance of another former Ibrox star in Nikola Katic, who was incredible in defence.
Leeds might not be in the next round, but Gyabi has joined Greenwood’s Preston with a stunning win over Liverpool. Crew could join them on Monday, if Doncaster manage to beat Premier League Palace.
