Tyler Roberts is set for a quick reunion with Leeds United after the EFL fixtures were released earlier this morning.
Roberts made the move to Birmingham City on Wednesday evening, bringing his five-and-a-half-year spell at Elland Road to an end.
But the Wales international will not have to wait too long to see some familiar faces at his old club, with Leeds set to make the trip to St. Andrews on the second game of the season.

This will also be Roberts‘ first chance to showcase his ability in front of his new supporters at home, while also being Leeds’ first away match of the campaign.
Roberts was a big part of the dressing room at Leeds and was clearly loved by many of his teammates, with Liam Cooper, Sam Greenwood and Luke Ayling all sending him well wishes.

The aforementioned trio are all likely to remain at Leeds for this season despite relegation, giving them the chance to catch up with Roberts again.
Roberts spend last season on loan at Queens Park Rangers, where injuries restricted him to just 18 appearances, finding the net on three occasions.

Injuries have been a recurring theme of Roberts’ career so far and he will be hoping a fresh start elsewhere is what he needs to build up some regular form and fitness.
In total during his time at Leeds, Roberts netted nine goals and provided 10 assists in 108 appearances, including finding the net four times during the promotion campaign.
Roberts undoubtedly leaves with the well wishes of several Leeds supporters after his departing message on Instagram yesterday.
