Leeds United fans all give the same Noah Okafor verdict after Fulham, ‘Feels like…’

Noah Okafor made his full Premier League debut for Leeds United on Saturday against Fulham.

Noah Okafor was one of 10 new players to arrive at Elland Road this summer, with Leeds United paying £18million to sign Okafor from AC Milan.

He proved to be Daniel Farke’s last signing of a transfer window that has received very mixed reviews, with the Whites’ frontline looking as though it’s missing one or two more.

So far this season, Okafor has played three games for Leeds United, including the game against Fulham which was his first start for the club.

Leeds United lose 1-0 away at Fulham

Leeds fans wanted something to cheer about after the club’s deadline day fiasco. And a point would’ve been a good outcome for Leeds United, though it was another pretty dire display of football in terms of excitement.

The Whites looked good in the first half in particular, largely dominating possession and having the better chances to score, albeit without taking them.

Dominic Calvert-Lewin could have and maybe should have scored his first goal in White. But with a minute to play, Gabriel Gudmundsson scored an unfortunate own goal to hand Fulham the win.

Leeds United fans in awe with Noah Okafor vs Fulham

Noah Okafor made his full Premier League debut for Leeds United on Saturday, and from the off, he had the Leeds fans talking on social media.

“Okafor been our best player,” said one Leeds United supporter at half-time, as other comments read: “Okafor looks the business,” and also: “I’m liking what I’m seeing from Okafor so far, tidy, but feels like there’s more to come.”

This fan weighed in with: “Okafor has been our best player by far. More creative than anybody else on the pitch.”

A similar comment from a Leeds United fan read: “Okafor is fantastic, super direct but if there’s nothing on he makes the right pass. What we need.”

Meanwhile, this Leeds fan even asked: “Is Okafor the best winger in the world?”

Leeds United return to action away at Wolves next weekend.
