Tyler Roberts bagged a brace last night as Leeds United extended their lead at the top of the Championship.
After drawing against Millwall at the weekend, Leeds bounced back with a comfortable 3-0 win over Preston North End at Elland Road.
It stretched their unbeaten run this season and saw them move three points clear at the summit.

Defender Liam Cooper had given Leeds a first-half advantage. But Roberts wrapped up the points with two late goals.
The Wales international chipped the goalkeeper to score his first Leeds goal and followed that up by a headed finish for the second.
This victory left Preston languishing in the relegation zone, while Leeds – under the guidance of Marcelo Bielsa – continue to charge ahead at the top of the league.
Roberts came under scrutiny last weekend but made amends last night. Playing in the absence of injured duo Kemar Roofe and Patrick Bamford, the 19-year-old really stepped up against Preston.
Here are how Leeds fans reacted to his performance.
2 finishes worthy of that number 11 Shirt worn by a Leeds and Welsh legend. 👋
