Thursday transfer round-up: Bid for Argentine striker, Lang boost and Blackburn want another Leeds player

The transfer news continues to pour in as Leeds United prepare for their opening Premier League clash against Manchester United. The Whites have been linked with numerous players but nothing looks on the horizon. However, we have a bid for an Argentine striker – and a Noa Lang boost.

Here is the latest Leeds transfer news, including Adolfo Gaich, Lang and Niall Huggins:

Leeds table bid for South American ace Gaich

Some Leeds fans may remember Argentina international Gaich’s name from last summer. Ahead of his move to Russian side CSKA Moscow, he was linked with Leeds. Now, TMW claim Leeds have made a bid for the striker – with CSKA open to his loan exit. He scored just one in 18 CSKA outings.

Leeds are certainly after Noa Lang, for some time now. He has joined Club Brugge permanently from Ajax after 17 goals for Brugge last term – helping them win the title. El Desmarque say Sevilla cannot afford his price tag, which is between £17million and £21.5million. A Leeds boost.

Blackburn eye second Leeds player

Bit of a surprise, this one. Niall Huggins was a regular for the Under-23’s last season, his versatility coming into play. Able to play on either flank, right-back, left-back or as a 10, he was given his senior debut against Arsenal. Now, FLW say Blackburn are keen. He could follow Barry Douglas.
