Brenden Aaronson finally arrived at Leeds United on Thursday evening, penning a five-year deal at Elland Road. But could Aaronson joining actually see one of these three other Leeds players choose to leave?
The 31-year-old has stuttered since promotion to the Premier League. His form has been inconsistent. In 96 Championship games, he had a hand in 29 goal involvements. In 68 Premier League games, he produced 12.
He has gone from a ratio of almost one goal or assist in every three games, to one every six. Now 31, Klich is entering the final two years of his deal and will go down the pecking order under Aaronson.
Roberts, like Klich, has struggled in the Premier League. While he offers versatility as a striker, £10million-rated Roberts (Mail) has not been good enough in the Premier League.
The odd magical performance, away at Chelsea in a 0-0 draw perhaps, is far too rare. He will also go down the pecking order after Aaronson, and he might have to consider a move away from Elland Road.
Summerville, 20, only got nine senior games last season and is about to enter the final 12 months of his contract. He is one of three players that could leave Leeds after Aaronson joined the club.
