Leeds United kick off their pre-season tour of Australia with a clash against Brisbane Roar on Thursday, looking to pick up where they left off after their 4-0 win against Blackpool last week.
Jesse Marsch’s men were excellent in York. And they now have several more new signings to introduce into the fold with some internationals returning later than the rest.

There are likely to be a host of changes from the side which faced Blackpool. In fact, in our predicted lineup, only two players keep their place for the clash with Brisbane.
Illan Meslier and Jack Harrison may start. Meslier is the clear number one. Meanwhile, Harrison is arguably Leeds’ most important attacking player behind Patrick Bamford right now.

Junior Firpo may well have kept his place had injury not prevented the left-back taking his spot on the tour. Instead, Leif Davis may receive a massive opportunity.
Four new signings could be involved. Rasmus Kristensen, Tyler Adams, Brenden Aaronson and Luis Sinisterra may feature from the off. But Darko Gyabi should also get an opportunity at some stage.
Leeds predicted lineup vs Brisbane Roar: Eight changes as quartet make debuts
Marc Roca shone against the Championship side. So it may be Mateusz Klich or Adam Forshaw who start alongside Adams on this occasion.
Diego Llorente and Liam Cooper were the first-choice centre-back partnership under Marsch last season. So they may both come in for this fixture now that they are back.
Daniel James may get the nod up front with Patrick Bamford still working his way back to full fitness. It is not a decision that many fans will probably welcome. But, like it or not, the Welshman is an option for up front while we wait for further signings.
With that in mind, here is our predicted lineup in full…
